The Lotter is the biggest online lottery and it actually isn't a lottery. How? If you live in Europe, it might be impossible for you to buy a ticket in the states, except if you go there on your own. And this is what they do. They will buy ticket in your name. You can choose different lotteries from around the globe. They will also tell you where the highest jackpots are available. It's your choise if you decide to play in Australia for 2.000.000$ or in California for 45.000.000$. Maybe you'll go for the EuroMillions with several hundreds of millions in their Jackpot...

How does it work? They started in 1995, meaning - it's a well established company. You can open your account for free. Once you decide to buy a ticket, you'll need a credit card or a Neteller account. Next to the lottery, they will tell you how much the jackpot is worth at the moment and how much a single line costs. After you buy a ticket, they will send you a scanned copy of it - as proof. This function is available from December 2008 and still doesn't support all available lotteries.

How do you know if you've won? They will send you an e-mail. Winnings up to 500$ will be automatically transferred to your credit card or Neteller Account. If you'd like, you can also keep the winnings in their account and use it to buy new tickets. The money will be visible within 72 hours. Winnings above 500$ will be wired to your bank account, so make sure you enter all your details (SWIFT...). In this case, the money will arrive within 45 days. Please note, you must pay taxes from your winnings and the lottery always deducts them from your winning. You will receive the money from which you've already payed taxes in the land where you played.

What happens if you hit the big one? You have two options. You can pick up your winnings by yourself - the ticket will be sent to you by airmail or The Lotter will pick it up for you and transfer it to your account. They do not charge any additional commissions from your winnings. Their commission is paid once you buy a ticket.

The Lotter is an interesting solution for everybody who'd like to try their luck worldwide. They will buy it for you, tell you if you've won, transfer the money or give you the ticket. Of course - the first thing everybody thinks about right now, must be - "How do I know that I'll get my winning ticket?". If you have 100.000.000$ winnings, who wouldn't like to keep it for themselves? Well, the Lotter is a company since 1995, registered in the UK, being closely watched by numerous organisations.
